Young Shepherd Student and Young Career Fellowship
团契目標Objectives：
支持学生及职业青年在他們人生轉折期顺利過渡：從高中到大學、從低年级到高年级，从学校到職場。為學生及职业青年提供一个屬靈的大家庭，促進身心靈的健康。 (support youth in their transition from high school to college/university, from freshmen/freshwomen to senior students, and from college/university to career; foster a spiritual family for students and your career that facilitates physical, mental and spiritual health. )
培養更多的對學生及职业青年團契有負擔的青年領袖 (Cultivate young leaders passionate in student/young career fellowship ministry)
預備學生和职青基督徒参加地方教會 (prepare new young believers to join local churches)
小牧人團契事工經過將近一年的探索，经各方商议后，從2022年9月開始歸入到加拿大華人宣道會联会（華聯會）名下，作為一個外展福音團契事工，預備學生和职业青年信主後將來參加地方教會。小牧人学生职青團契的聚會地點會盡量靠近大學校園（如Laurier,McMaster, Waterloo等大學) ，也可能使用一起合作的地方教會的場地。目前阶段主要面向安省的Hamilton 和 Brantford 周邊學生和職業青年（16-35歲），並定期舉辦跨地区的聯合團契（实体或线上）。具体活动细节见微信群通知。团契活动守则供参考: 点击这里
Following exploration and consultation, the Young Shepherd Fellowship Ministry will be included as one of the outreach gospel fellowship ministries affiliated with Canadian Chinese Alliance Churches Association starting from September 2022. One of the key objectives is to prepare students and young career professionals to know God and join local churches. The meeting place of Fellowship will be near university campus of Laurier University, McMaster University, University of Waterloo, etc., and may also use the venue of the collaborated local churches. The main target participants are for students and young career professionals (16-35 years old) in Ontario, and current focus is Hamilton, Brantford and Waterloo with periodical joint fellowships across regions.
2024年小牧人团契的活动做出一些比较大的调整，以便我们在非常有限的人力资源的情况下可以帮助同学们在信仰上更好地成长。
2024冬季（1-4月）小牧人学生青年团契将分为 两个圣经学习小组： 1）小牧人Hamilton小组; 2）小牧人Brantford小组 ， 分开举行小组聚会。每月一次两个小组在周六与教会家庭联合举办团契户内/户外活动。详情和通知见小牧人微信群。
