有本说教“Why learning to write letters is important?”, 当中提到不少原因:

  1. College, trade school, scholarship application letters

  2. Employment letter: cover letter, application letter, thank you letter, a letter requesting a promotion etc.

  3. Business letters or letters to authorities

  4. Informational letter

  5. Circular letters: a change of address, change in management personnel, resignation, or retirement etc.

1 Your address, telephone, fax, email. Put your address, telephone, fax and/or email at the top in the centre or on the right. ...

3 Destination name and address. ...

    4 References. ...编号

    5 Salutation (Dear...) ...称呼

    6 Subject. ...主题

    7 Body. ...正文

    8 Ending (Yours...)

  • A letter is written to a particular individual or small group and can be on any topic. ... ..

  • An epistle technically is a literary work in the form of a letter, but aimed at a broad audience

1 Paul, a servant of Christ Jesus, called to be an apostle and set apart for the gospel of God— 2 the gospel he promised beforehand through his prophets in the Holy Scriptures 3regarding his Son, who as to his earthly life was a descendant of David, 4and who through the Spirit of holiness was appointed the Son of God in power by his resurrection from the dead: Jesus Christ our Lord. 5Through him we received grace and apostleship to call all the Gentiles to the obedience that comes from faith for his name’s sake. 6And you also are among those Gentiles who are called to belong to Jesus Christ.

To all in Rome who are loved by God and called to be his holy people:致所有住在罗马、上帝所爱、蒙召做圣徒的人。

Grace and peace to you from God our Father and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

I commend to you our sister Phoebe, a deacon of the church in Cenchreae. 2I ask you to receive her in the Lord in a way worthy of his people and to give her any help she may need from you, for she has been the benefactor of many people, including me. 1.

Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my co-workers in Christ Jesus.

Greet also the church that meets at their house.

Greet my dear friend Epenetus, who was the first convert to Christ in the province of Asia.

Greet Mary, who worked very hard for you.

Greet Andronicus and Junia, my fellow Jews who have been in prison with me. They are outstanding among the apostles, and they were in Christ before I was.

Greet Ampliatus, my dear friend in the Lord.

Greet Urbanus, our co-worker in Christ, and my dear friend Stachys.

Greet Apelles, whose fidelity to Christ has stood the test.

Greet those who belong to the household of Aristobulus.

Greet Herodion, my fellow Jew.

Greet those in the household of Narcissus who are in the Lord.

Greet Tryphena and Tryphosa, those women who work hard in the Lord.

Greet my dear friend Persis, another woman who has worked very hard in the Lord.

Greet Rufus, chosen in the Lord, and his mother, who has been a mother to me, too.

Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermes, Patrobas, Hermas and the other brothers and sisters with them.

Greet Philologus, Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas and all the Lord’s people who are with them.

Greet one another with a holy kiss.

•All the churches of Christ send greetings.

16:17 I urge you, brothers and sisters, to watch out for those who cause divisions and put obstacles in your way that are contrary to the teaching you have learned. Keep away from them. 18For such people are not serving our Lord Christ, but their own appetites. By smooth talk and flattery they deceive the minds of naive people. 19Everyone has heard about your obedience, so I rejoice because of you; but I want you to be wise about what is good, and innocent about what is evil. 20 The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet.  The grace of our Lord Jesus be with you.

16: 22 I, Tertius, who wrote down this letter, greet you in the Lord. 22

16:25 Now to him who is able to establish you in accordance with my gospel, the message I proclaim about Jesus Christ, in keeping with the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, 26but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God, so that all the Gentiles might come to the obedience that comes from faith— 27 to the only wise God be glory forever through Jesus Christ! Amen.
